OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS FOR FIREARMS GIVEAWAY

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Denver Bullets Inc firearms giveaway ("Giveaway"). These Official Rules and Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Giveaway operated by Denver Bullets Inc through denverbulletsapparel.com (the "Website"). Denver Bullets Inc operates in partnership with Mayfield Armory LLC (collectively referred to as the "Sponsors").

By entering or participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not participate in the Giveaway. Due to the regulated nature of our prizes, additional restrictions and requirements apply as detailed below.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Giveaway is only open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. These Terms are only applicable to individuals who meet this age requirement. By participating in the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Participants must be legal residents of the United States and must be legally eligible to possess firearms under all federal, state, and local laws. Employees of Denver Bullets Inc, Mayfield Armory LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

We maintain a strict age and eligibility verification process for all winners. You will be required to provide valid government-issued identification to claim your prize. Falsifying identification or attempting to claim prizes on behalf of an ineligible individual is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway entry period will be clearly stated on the giveaway page at denverbulletsapparel.com for each individual giveaway ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the stated Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

1. Purchase a shirt from denverbulletsapparel.com during the Entry Period. Each shirt purchase constitutes one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
2. Follow both Denver Bullets Inc (@Denver_bullets_inc) and Mayfield Armory LLC (@mayfieldarmoryllc) on Instagram.

Entries will only be valid if both conditions are met. Sponsors will verify Instagram following status before confirming winners. Unfollowing either account before the winner is announced will result in disqualification.

All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of purchase may be required to verify entry.

4.1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without purchase, mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and your Instagram handle to: Denver Bullets Inc Giveaway Entry, 2610 Delta Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. You must still be following both Denver Bullets Inc (@Denver_bullets_inc) and Mayfield Armory LLC (@mayfieldarmoryllc) on Instagram for your mail-in entry to be valid. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than five (5) days after the end of the Entry Period. Limit one mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries have the same chances of winning as purchase entries.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The prize(s) for this Giveaway consist of:

• MAC 10, retail value $14,000

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $14,000

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on a date specified on the giveaway page by the Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Winners will be notified by email or phone within ten (10) days of the drawing date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsors may select an alternate potential winner in their place from the remaining eligible entries.

7. PRIZE CLAIMS AND RESTRICTIONS

Before being awarded a prize, winners must:

1. Complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
2. Sign a Winner's Release document provided by Denver Bullets Inc
3. Present valid government-issued photo identification proving identity and age
4. Pass a firearms background check (NICS) and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm possession
5. Complete ATF Form 4473 and any other required transfer paperwork
6. Pay all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize

The Winner's Release document will include additional terms regarding the prize, liability waivers, and publicity rights. Failure to sign and return all required documents within the specified time period or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Winners are responsible for all costs associated with claiming or using the prize, including but not limited to transportation, FFL transfer fees, background check fees, and taxes.

8. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who they believe has violated these Terms, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any misconduct that jeopardizes the fair operation of the Giveaway.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Due to varying regulations, Denver Bullets Inc cannot ship firearms prizes to all locations. All firearm transfers must be conducted through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

We will not ship prizes to:

• Jurisdictions where the specific firearm is prohibited
• Winners who cannot pass a background check
• P.O. boxes or similar addresses

9.1 INTERNATIONAL WINNERS

International winners will receive a prize with the same cash value of the item instead of the actual regulated item. This alternative prize will be provided in compliance with international laws and regulations regarding the shipment and possession of firearms and related products.

9.2 RESTRICTED INDIVIDUALS

If a winner is determined to be restricted from legally owning or possessing the prize item under federal, state, or local law (including but not limited to prohibited persons under the Gun Control Act of 1968), there will be a redrawing for that prize and the restricted individual will receive nothing. By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that you are legally eligible to possess firearms and related products under all applicable laws.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Denver Bullets Inc, Mayfield Armory LLC, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to participants' participation in the Giveaway and/or related to any prize.

In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from participants' participation in this Giveaway.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsors' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

12. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Denver Bullets Inc and Mayfield Armory LLC comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing firearms giveaways, including but not limited to:

• Age verification requirements
• Background check requirements
• ATF regulations
• State and local firearms transfer laws
• Shipping and transportation regulations
• Federal, state, and local firearms regulations

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or any element thereof if federal, state, or local laws change in a way that affects the legality of the Giveaway.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the winner's state of legal residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the winner's state of legal residence. In the event of any dispute prior to winner selection or involving multiple winners from different states, Colorado law shall apply.
